• Proven ability to manage Workday release cycles and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday architecture, configuration and security governance for Finance modules.
• Lead release governance, regression testing, UAT, and validation.
• Design and maintain advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Establish data governance and security standards across Workday.
• Support finance operations and user experience during deployments.
