Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors LLC is seeking a Workday Administrative Specialist for Finance to configure and govern Workday Finance modules, security, and reporting. This role partners with Corporate IT and the Workday HCM team to ensure smooth operations and cross-functional support.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Workday FIN configurations, advanced reporting skills, and experience with EIB data loads in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday configuration across FIN modules and external integrations.
• Cross-functional Workday administration including security configuration and reporting architecture.
• Proven experience managing Workday release cycles with UAT and testing.
• Advanced Workday reporting with calculated fields and dashboards.
• Experience with mass data uploads using EIB and troubleshooting issues.
• Strong understanding of Finance operations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability.
• Discretion handling confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Finance configuration, security roles, business processes, and testing.
• Lead release governance, regression testing, and UAT across environments.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for executives and finance teams.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on integrations and data validation.
• Provide training and change management when rolling out new functionality.
