Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned Workday Financials Reporting professional to join our Business Systems Analysis team. You will lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday Financials reports, dashboards, and analytics, working with Finance, IT, Data, Security, and implementation teams to deliver reporting solutions that support financial operations.

You will own reporting governance, standards, validation, and lifecycle management, while coordinating with security and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience with enterprise financial reporting and hands-on Workday reporting.
• Experience designing and developing Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of Workday objects, data sources, report security, worktags, companies, hierarchies, and financial dimensions.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, training, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and configure Workday Financials reports and dashboards.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver reporting requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Establish standards for report design, security, and lifecycle management.
• Lead report testing and reconciliation with financial statements.
• Coordinate report security with Workday Security and data owners.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and post-production enhancements.
• Assess Workday releases for reporting impacts.
