Job summary

Focus Partners Wealth seeks a senior Architect for Workday Financial Systems in St. Louis. You will lead end-to-end design, governance, and deployment of core financials and related modules, partnering with Finance and Technology to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will own configuration strategy, testing, and post‑deployment support, mentoring analysts and driving continuous improvement across the financial systems function.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Workday Financials.
• Workday Pro Certification in relevant modules or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional architect and design authority for Workday Financials across Core Financials and related modules.
• Lead end-to-end solution design for finance processes ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and controls.
• Define requirements with Finance and Tech stakeholders and translate concepts into clear guidance.
• Own Workday configuration strategy, governance, and release management for financial systems.
