Job summary

Herschend Family Entertainment Co. is looking for a Workday Financials Technical Lead to ensure the optimization and ownership of the Workday Financial Management platform. This role involves close collaboration with Finance and Accounting leadership to ensure effective support of financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing enterprise systems, particularly Workday Financials, and possess strong stakeholder management skills. Experience in finance and accounting processes is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience supporting enterprise systems, preferably in Finance or Accounting environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Financials in a functional lead, analyst, or product owner role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for Workday Financial Management modules.
• Manage and prioritize the Workday Financials roadmap, aligning enhancements with business needs.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and partner with technical teams to resolve system problems.
• Own integration testing strategy and validate data integrity across systems.
