Job summary

Tpa Technologies in Boston is seeking an Application Support Engineer to support Workday Financials and related SaaS platforms, including Salesforce, Tableau, Investran, GTreasury, DocuSign, Box, and more. This direct-hire, permanent role is hybrid in our Back Bay office.

You will partner with business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage production incidents, and implement operational improvements across supported platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in application or production support within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with supporting Workday Financials and/or HCM.
• Proficiency with Workday integrations (EIB, reports, and scheduled processes).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve Workday integration errors and warnings.
• Experience managing incidents end-to-end and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and escalate as needed.
• Proactive problem-solver focused on reducing recurring issues and improving user experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production systems, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Troubleshoot application, data, and integration issues across enterprise platforms.
• Manage incidents using ITIL-based practices; lead root cause analysis when needed.
• Support user access, provisioning, and platform administration.
• Partner with development teams, business analysts and vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Assist with releases, system upgrades, and environment maintenance.
• Respond to business data inquiries and operational support requests.
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for recurring issues.
