Job summary

Tpa Technologies in Boston is seeking an Application Support Engineer to support Workday Financials and related SaaS platforms, including Salesforce, Tableau, Investran, GTreasury, DocuSign, Box, and more. This direct-hire, permanent role is hybrid in our Back Bay office.

You will partner with business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage production incidents, and implement operational improvements across supported platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in application or production support within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with supporting Workday Financials and/or HCM.
• Proficiency with Workday integrations (EIB, reports, and scheduled processes).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve Workday integration errors and warnings.
• Experience managing incidents end-to-end and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and escalate as needed.
• Proactive problem-solver focused on reducing recurring issues and improving user experience.

Our client, a leading global private investment firm managing approximately $160 billion in AUM, is currently looking for an Application Support Engineer to support Workday Financial. This is direct-hire permanent opportunity. This will be hybrid in their Boston (Back Bay) office. This position will primarily focus on Workday and Salesforce, while also supporting a range of other SaaS platforms including Tableau, Investran, GTreasury, DocuSign, Box, and additional applications as needed. The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, software development teams, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage production incidents, and implement operational improvements across supported platforms.

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, assess urgency, and elevate appropriately
• Proactive problem-solver with a focus on reducing recurring issues and improving user experience

Preferred:

• Salesforce experience, including administration or data management
• Familiarity with integration tools and job schedulers
• Knowledge of ITIL practices
• Experience with Workday Studio
• Experience managing Workday custom validations (e.g., Supplier Invoices, Time Tracking, etc.)
• Exposure to AWS
• Working knowledge of SQL
• WD certifications are a plus!
