Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Reporting Lead in Chicago to design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics. You will partner with Finance, IT, Data, Security, and implementation teams to deliver reporting solutions that align with governance and lifecycle standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years in enterprise financial reporting, with hands-on Workday Financial Management reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; substitution allowed for 4+ years experience.
• Experience designing and developing complex Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of Workday objects, data sources, worktags, hierarchies, and financial dimensions.
• Experience leading reporting requirements, design, testing, and production support.
• Ability to troubleshoot reporting and coordinate resolution across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Workday Financials reports in collaboration with the Lead and project SMEs.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Data, Security, Integrations, and implementation teams to define and deliver reporting requirements.
• Maintain the reporting inventory and determine retirements or consolidations.
• Design, test, deploy and maintain reports, statements, dashboards, and analytics.
• Ensure reporting security and access coordination with relevant teams.
• Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
