Job summary

OU Health seeks a Sr. Finance System Analyst to lead Workday Financials implementations, reporting, and integrations. You will partner with Finance and operations, mentor staff, and own project charters and requirements ensuring secure, efficient system operations.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and Workday Pro certification. Strong Excel and analytics skills are essential in a cross-functional environment.

• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Workday Pro certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as SME for Workday Financials and related systems.
• Develops partnerships with Finance and operations.
• Mentors analysts and teammates.
• Creates business requirements and implementation plans for enhancements.
• Leads finance tech solution implementations including interfaces.
• Develops complex reports and dashboards in Workday, Power BI, Prism, and Adaptive Planning.
