Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Financial Systems Director to lead the development, implementation, and administration of the organization’s financial systems, including Workday and related applications. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and IT to drive system optimization, ensure controls and data integrity, and enable scalable, compliant finance operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years implementing or administering Workday Product offerings such as Core Financials, Adaptive Planning, PRISM, Accounting Center, Workday Strategic Sourcing or Evisort.
• Minimum 5+ years of direct or enterprise project leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with key modules (GL, AP, Procurement, Expenses, Projects).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with Workday configuration, security, and business process frameworks.
• Proven experience leading system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in a leadership or people management role.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• System Ownership & Strategy: monitor, recommend, and implement improvements; lead the Workday Financial systems roadmap.
• Configuration & Optimization: lead configuration, enhancements, maintenance, and automation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, HRIS to identify needs and implement solutions.
• Reporting & Analytics: oversee development of financial reports, dashboards, and analytics; ensure data integrity.
• Governance & Controls: maintain internal controls and SOX compliance; manage security roles.
• Integrations & Data Management: manage integrations and data loads across systems.
• Production Support: provide ongoing support and manage ticketing processes.
