Job summary

OU Health is seeking a Sr. Finance System Analyst with Workday Financials expertise to support and optimize our finance platforms. This role requires strong collaboration with Finance and operations, mentoring junior analysts, and leading system enhancements and integrations.

The position emphasizes data integrity, reporting excellence, and ensuring secure, compliant finance technology operations across OU Health’s teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Workday Pro certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as subject matter expert for Workday Financials and related finance systems and business processes.
• Develops partnerships with Finance and operational functions.
• Mentors and coaches other analysts and team members.
• Leads implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Finance technology solutions.
• Develops and maintains complex reports and dashboards in Workday, Power BI, Prism, and Adaptive Planning.
