OU Health seeks a Sr. Finance System Analyst/Senior Workday Functional Analyst to support and enhance OU Health Finance systems.

The role is remote within the United States (Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas) with relocation possible before start. The ideal candidate will lead Workday Financials projects, mentor staff, develop requirements and implementation plans, and maintain advanced reporting using Power BI, Prism, and Adaptive Planning.

• Expert knowledge of finance and accounting business processes.
• Expert understanding of Workday Financials and related finance technologies.
• Advanced skills in reporting and analytics tools including Power BI, Prism, and Adaptive Planning.
• Strong ability to lead enterprise implementations and integrations.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Serves as subject matter expert for Workday Financials and related Finance systems and business processes.
• Develops project charters, business requirements, and implementation plans to support system enhancements and optimization initiatives.
• Leads the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Finance technology solutions, including enhancements, releases, interfaces, and integrations.
• Collaborates with vendors and stakeholders to facilitate system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Develops, schedules, and maintains complex reports, dashboards, and analytics in Workday, Power BI, Prism, and Adaptive Planning.
• Oversees data integrity audits and resolves deficiencies, variances, and system issues.
• Creates and maintains standards, procedures, and best practices for the Finance ERP across business units.
