Job summary

New York University IT’s Institutional Solutions Group seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to evolve Workday HCM and Payroll ecosystems. You will design, build, and deploy custom Workday Extend applications and complex integrations tailored to our higher education environment.

In this hands-on role, you will bridge technical and functional teams, independently gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet rigorous standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology field (CS/CE/IT, etc).
• 3+ years Workday Extend Development and 5+ years Workday Integrations Development.
• 3+ years in Higher Education or large global enterprise.
• Strong Workday Extend/Studio/EIB/CoreConnect/Reporting experience.
• Solid integration skills: REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSLT.
• Deep understanding of HR systems and business processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
