You will design, code, test, and document initiatives across Workday integrations and related systems, ensuring reliable deployments and upgrades. You will lead development efforts, collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders, review complex technical challenges, and help guide less experienced staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field required.
• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 2+ years of Workday HR systems experience.
• 2+ years of business systems analysis or design.
• 1+ years of Workday Extend development including integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex initiatives within technical domain environments.
• Plan and size development items for sprint planning.
• Contribute to large-scale planning of strategies.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document Workday projects and programs.
• Develop, configure, and maintain integrations for Workday products.
• Review complex technical challenges and guide a team.
• Collaborate with peers, managers to resolve challenges and achieve goals.
• Lead projects and act as escalation point for less experienced staff.
