Job summary

REALIGN LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced HR/Workday Consultant to lead Workday integration projects across HCM, Payroll, and reporting.

You will design and deliver complex integrations using Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, REST/SOAP APIs and collaborate with clients during onsite engagements in Charlotte and Malvern.

Applicants should have 6–8 years of HR tech experience, 5+ years of Workday integration development, and prefer certifications.

Qualifications

6–8 years of relevant experience in HR technology.
5+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
Experience serving as a Technical Lead, Architect, or Senior Consultant on Workday programs.
Experience supporting large-scale Workday deployments.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design and delivery of Workday integrations across HCM, payroll and reporting.
Collaborate with clients and project teams on onsite engagements (Charlotte, NC; Malvern, PA).
Mentor junior team members and help shape architecture for Workday programs.
