Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Sr. ERP Developer – Workday to serve as an internal technical expert, developing, enhancing, and supporting our Workday applications that empower our teams to work more effectively.

You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to design solutions, implement improvements, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure our integrations, reports, and analytics meet evolving business needs while advancing Vitalant’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or Information Systems or related field; master's preferred.
• Deep ERP/Workday integration knowledge and security models.
• Experience with SDLC and project management principles.
• Workday Developer or Integration Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday modules and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develop and optimize Workday integrations, reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Ensure data security, privacy policies, and Workday best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and maintain detailed documentation.
