Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking an ERP Systems Senior Engineer to lead development and support of enterprise ERP applications. The role partners with end-users, analysts, and vendors to deliver reliable, secure solutions within IT project governance.
You will mentor teammates, design technical specs, manage data conversions, and participate in system upgrades and new installations, with on-call rotation and collaboration across the organization.

Provides guidance and expertise with minimal supervision from the Manager ERP IT, the ERP Systems Application Engineer Senior works with a team of ERP Applications Analysts and Systems Applications Engineers to lead execution of and perform a variety of IT tasks. The tasks include partnering with end-users on system related projects, producing technical specifications, producing high quality computer programming code, advanced configuration, developing integrations, extractions, managing conversions, conducting meetings, adhering to IT system change management processes, batch processes, completing system and volume tests, troubleshooting/supporting existing production systems, leading and/or participating in system upgrades, and leading and/or participating in new installations. Takes initiative to handle tasks independently. May also provide oversight of team members’ work on specific projects as determined by the Manager ERP IT. In addition to working on BILH mission-critical enterprise and departmental systems, projects/installations may encompass work on initiatives with vendors, external partners, and affiliates. This individual will provide mentorship to analysts, engineers, and other team members through transfer of knowledge. Additionally, as a senior engineer the ability to partner with other senior level leaders and provide recommendations, supported by experience, that include practical identification of impacts.

Pay Range: $118,560.00 USD - $145,600.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
