Job summary
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Platform Engineer to join our remote team. You will leverage extensive Workday expertise to configure reports, calculate fields, and extend Workday functionality for HR, finance, and IT stakeholders.
The role demands strong engineering discipline, excellent communication, and the ability to translate business requirements into clean, maintainable Workday solutions while collaborating with product, design, and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five or more years of Workday technical experience.
- Deep expertise in Workday report writer including advanced and composite reports.
- Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
- Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules.
- Strong understanding of Workday security framework.
- Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend.
- Familiarity with Workday tenant management and release process.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
