Job summary

ERPA is seeking a Principal Workday Engagement Manager to lead multiple Workday engagements and nurture client relationships. This role focuses on delivering Launch Flex, Launch Express, Phase X, and AMS engagements while shaping ERPA's Workday practice and ensuring customers achieve their long term goals.

Qualifications

• Active Workday EM/PM certification
• 6–9 years of Workday experience
• Experience leading multiple Launch Flex/Express deployments
• Experience across Launch Flex, Launch Express, Phase X, AMS engagements
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Location: USA, Canada or Mexico
• Sponsorship transfer available

Responsibilities

• Be a culture champion for ERPA’s core values (Empathy, Responsibility, Passion, Agility)
• Be the key connection between consultants and the client
• Lead multiple Workday engagements concurrently
• Ensure projects stay within scope of SOW and meet milestones and budget
• Gauge and report project health and monitor risks, issues, escalations
• Conduct status updates and manage governance with customers
• Assist with work assignments & resource management for engagements
• Ensure customer satisfaction remains exceptional and referenceable
