Job summary

ERPA is seeking a Senior Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant to lead solutioning, navigation, and optimization of Workday Advanced Compensation within the HCM suite. The role includes production support after go-live, and extends to Core Comp, merit, bonus, stock, and related modules.

The candidate will help build ERPA’s Workday AMS practice with strategic thinking and client focus. The right candidate has multiple completed Phase 1 and Phase X implementations, holds Workday Partner

Qualifications

• Experience leading at least two Phase 1 Workday implementations and two Phase X implementations.
• Workday certifications required: HCM Core, Core Comp, Advanced Comp, plus at least one of Learning/Benefits/Recruiting/Talent/Reporting/PEX.
• Strong consulting skills with ability to guide design, configuration, testing and production cutover.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction.
• Understand client business requirements and guide design, configuration, and prototype work.
• Support clients during annual events and collaborate with cross-functional teams for project alignment.
• Act as SME and partner with Sales for roLOEs, demos, and opportunity forecasting.
