Job summary

ClinDCast, LLC seeks a Senior Workday Consultant in New York City to provide expert Workday integration support for HCM, Finance, and Payroll. You will drive SDLC activities, testing, and issue resolution across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance Workday-focused enterprise applications.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Consultant with strong Workday integration experience to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise business applications. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to ensure applications are stable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.

Important: This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. Candidates must be willing to transition to full-time employment with VNS Health after 6 months and work on VNS Health’s full-time payroll.

• Support, maintain, and enhance enterprise business applications, with a primary focus on Workday.
• Provide functional and technical support for Workday modules, including HCM, Finance, and Payroll.
• Design, support, troubleshoot, and maintain Workday integrations with internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams on system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Analyze system workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Manage inbound support tickets and escalations while identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term solutions.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, process flows, configurations, and user guides.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and data integrity initiatives.
• Contribute to enterprise application projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday.
• Mandatory Workday Integration experience.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM, Finance, and/or Payroll modules.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application support and SDLC processes.
• Experience with requirements analysis, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both functional and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
• Must be willing to work on a Contract-to-Hire basis and transition to VNS Health full-time payroll after 6 months.
