Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an experienced HRIS/Workday specialist to lead configuration, updates and releases across multiple Workday modules. You will collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and Finance to ensure data integrity and effective system operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of Workday experience, with hands‑on implementation across modules such as HCM, Talent & Performance, and Advanced Compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of directly related HRIS and Workday experience.
• Experience leading Workday configuration across modules (HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Integrations, Reporting, Time & Absence).
• Usual Work Day: 8 Hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage system updates and new feature releases.
• Design and recommend solutions for complex system issues with cross‑module impact.
• Research and resolve HRIS problems and process flaws.
• Maintain data integrity by running queries and analyzing data with HR.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
• Train HR users on processes and functionality.
• Manage semi‑annual Workday version releases and implement new features.
• Lead configuration changes to security and business processes.
• Continuously analyze system applications to ensure best practices.
• Cross‑train and back up other HR functions.
• Explore opportunities to add value to organizational processes.
• Implement and support additional modules and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Recruiting, Finance, etc.
• Serve as SME in one or more Workday functional areas.
• Lead configuration workstreams through project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior specialists and analysts.
• Establish and document configuration standards for data integrity and audits.
