This HRIS/Workday-focused role drives system updates, configuration, and enhancements while ensuring data integrity and cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of Workday experience, with hands-on implementation in multiple modules and the ability to mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of directly related HRIS and Workday experience.
• Hands-on Workday implementation and configuration in two or more Workday areas.
• Ability to lead configuration work independently and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage system updates and new Workday feature releases.
• Design and recommend solutions, evaluate cross-module impact.
• Research and resolve HRIS problems and process flaws.
• Maintain data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
• Train HR Users on processes and functionality.
