• Provide oversight and guidance on Workday Compensation configuration and related processes.
• Foster relationships with HR partners to understand strategic roadmaps and deliver solutions on time.
• Prioritize large-scale COE-Workday projects aligned to HR strategy.
• Oversee testing and production readiness for Compensation configuration.
