Job summary
IRB USA Inspire Resources is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support the design and administration of HR systems with a focus on Workday Compensation. In this role, you will implement and optimize compensation plans and work closely with Compensation and HR Operations teams. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in HRIS and expertise in Workday Core and Advanced Compensation.
Your success will be measured by the smooth execution of compensation cycles and the reliable documentation of configurations. This position offers an opportunity to enhance operational efficiencies across HR processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS or relevant fields.
- 3+ years of Experience in Workday Core and Advanced Compensation configuration and administration.
- 1+ years Workday Prism Analytics experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and maintain compensation plans.
- Create and optimize calculated fields for compensation reporting.
- Lead the configuration lifecycle for Workday Compensation.
