Job summary

Lennar in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to own the configuration and operation of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation, partnering with Total Rewards. This role demands thorough hands-on experience with annual compensation cycles and accurate, auditable processes.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of six years in HRIS, with four years in Workday configuration, advanced reporting, and strong analytical capabilities to handle confidential data across large datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, IS, or related field.
• Six+ years of HRIS experience with at least four years of hands-on Workday configuration.
• Demonstrated ownership of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation configurations.
• Experience configuring and running at least two full annual compensation cycles in Workday.
• Strong Workday advanced reporting and EIB skills.
• Analytical rigor handling large data and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration and operation of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
• Design, configure, test, and maintain compensation packages, grades, ranges, plans, and eligibility rules.
• Maintain compensation review processes, statements, scorecards, and worksheet configuration.
• Coordinate cycle calendars with Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Payroll.
• Build advanced reports and dashboards for compensation analysis and pay equity.
• Provide tier-two and tier-three support and maintain runbooks.
