Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Compensation Program Manager to lead enterprise compensation programs, overseeing annual merit and bonus cycles, market pricing, and job architecture in a highly matrixed organization. This role partners with HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Systems, Finance, and business leaders to deliver scalable compensation solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Workday compensation experience, strong analytics, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable

Qualifications

• BA degree and 8-12 years in HR, business or related field (Masters with 6-10 years accepted).
• Progressive compensation experience in large, complex organizations.
• Hands-on Workday compensation experience and annual planning exposure.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights for leaders.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise-wide compensation programs including merit, bonus cycles, promotions, and market adjustments.
• Guide compensation decisions with HR, Total Rewards, and business leaders on pay positioning and equity.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, incentive programs, and policies.
• Ensure programs are compliant with guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in planning related to organizational changes, workforce planning, and retention.
• Support Workday compensation configuration, testing, and execution.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership decision making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
