Lennar is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to own the configuration and operation of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation, serving as the technical counterpart to Total Rewards. Location: Miami, FL or Remote (US).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, IS, or equivalent experience.
Six+ years HRIS experience with four+ years Workday configuration.
Demonstrated ownership of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
Experience running two full annual compensation cycles in Workday.
Strong Workday reporting, calculated fields, and EIB skills.
Knowledge of salary structures, market pricing, proration, and equity administration.
Ability to reconcile large data sets and handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary configurator and SME for Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
Design, configure, test, and maintain compensation packages, grades, ranges, plans, and eligibility rules.
Maintain compensation review processes, statements, scorecards, and worksheets.
Align grades and ranges to job profiles with the Job Architecture analyst.
Configure business processes, approvals, and rules.
Support annual range updates and geographic differentials.
Own technical delivery of the annual compensation cycle end-to-end.
Develop and execute the cycle test plan and validation.
Coordinate the cycle calendar with Total Rewards, HR Ops, and Payroll.
Manage post-cycle activation, statements, payroll integration, and audit reporting.
Support off-cycle activities including promotions and equity refresh.
Run retrospectives and drive improvements.
Build advanced reports, calculations, and dashboards for pay analysis.
