Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Workday Senior Analyst for Advanced Compensation with flexible location in the United States. The role collaborates with HR, Compensation, and business stakeholders to implement Workday Compensation enhancements and govern configurations.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment support; plus training and governance across the Talent Technology team and HR partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Workday Compensation or Core HCM.
• Experience supporting annual compensation cycles, merit and bonus processes, testing, configurations, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Special Projects related to enhancing Workday Compensation; researching, testing, and implementing improvements.
• Assess and validate solutions with stakeholders to maximize value and alignment with business requirements.
• Gather requirements from HR, Compensation, and business leaders; document security and reporting needs.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements; model processes and support design, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor Workday processes, investigations of issues, and remediation; support deployments and governance.
• Provide training and leadership to Talent Technology staff and HR partners on Workday Compensation.
