Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Workday Compensation specialist to lead the design and execution of compensation configurations for our mid-market clients. You will collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that align with business goals.

You will oversee configuration, testing, and production readiness, while mentoring analysts and driving continuous improvement across the COE. Strong communication and governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday and PeopleSoft, including hands-on Workday Compensation.
• Ability to translate functional requirements to technical language and facilitate consensus.
• Extensive HR experience with compensation processes and workflows.
• Proven Workday system configuration at a Functional Admin level.
• Strong problem solving and testing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.
• Represent RSM as a Workday Design Partner and test Workday features.
• Provide oversight of Workday Compensation configuration and processes.
• Prioritize COE-Workday projects and manage scope, timing, and resources.
• Oversee testing and production readiness for Compensation configurations.
• Mentor a team of analysts and drive continuous improvement.
