Job summary

JPS Tech Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to stabilize and troubleshoot Workday to benefits provider integrations in a United States-based environment. The role bridges business stakeholders with Workday technical teams, with a focus on end-to-end data flow and root-cause resolution.

The analyst will trace employee lifecycle, benefits, and payroll transactions, review logs and messages, and collaborate across internal teams and external providers to validate fixes and ensure

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst supporting HCM ERP implementations, production stabilization, or complex integrations.
Ability to trace data across systems and diagnose root causes in Workday integrations.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyze and troubleshoot Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations and data exchanges.
Trace employee lifecycle, benefits, and payroll related transactions end-to-end.
Investigate discrepancies and determine root causes across data, configuration, and processing.
Review outputs, logs, and provider responses to locate issue origins.
Collaborate with Workday teams, integration partners, and vendors to implement fixes.
Document root-cause analysis, business rules, and recommended resolutions.
