Job summary

Workday Talent Hub seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support stabilization and troubleshooting of Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations. You will bridge business stakeholders, Workday functional/technical teams, integration developers, and provider teams to drive resolution across system boundaries.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst supporting HCM ERP implementations, production stabilization, or complex system integrations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to trace data and transactions across multiple systems.
• Experience analyzing integration data, mappings, transformation rules, logs, or similar technical artifacts.
• Translate business questions into concrete technical or functional investigations.
• Clear communication of findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to organize multiple issues, coordinate across teams, and drive problems to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations and data exchanged between systems.
• Trace employee lifecycle, benefits, and payroll-related transactions end-to-end.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root causes across data, configuration, and processing.
• Review outputs, logs, reports, and provider responses to locate issue origins.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to validate findings and actions.
• Document root-cause analyses and recommended resolutions for technical and business audiences.
• Develop end-to-end data flow diagrams for Workday integrations with providers.
