Kforce Inc. is seeking a Workday Solutions Architect in Saint Louis, MO for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is a hands-on architect role focusing on Workday Financials with ownership of technical issues and end‑to‑end data integration flows.

The role requires deep ERP experience, including Workday security, integrations, and reporting. You will develop the Workday team's capabilities and drive complex problem resolution on data migrations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 10 years of ERP experience including hands-on Workday Financials.
• Experience supporting NetSuite-to-Workday implementations or ERP-to-Workday migrations.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, integrations, data modeling, and data migration.
• Workday security, tenant management, business processes, reporting, and integrations.

• Work directly in Workday and own technical issues through resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently.
• Help develop the technical capabilities of the Workday team.
• Understand end-to-end data and integrations flow.
