Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent.
• Strong HR business process understanding and how tech improves them.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across levels.
• In-depth Workday expertise across Core HCM, Security, Compensation, Benefits, Talent and Payroll.
• Translate business needs into technical Workday solutions.
• Experience delivering HR technology projects in a global professional services environment.
• Familiarity with agile, iterative and waterfall delivery methods.
• Exposure to AI concepts is a plus.
