Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead Workday HCM projects across the U.S. This role focuses on core HR, benefits, absence and compensation, emphasizing data analytics, integration, and M&A mapping. You will analyze, design, configure and deliver solutions that improve end-user experiences and enable operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within HR.
• Experience implementing, supporting, configuring HR processes in Workday (Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation).
• End-to-end implementation experience including project, enhancement and/or issue management.
• Workday Security experience and Workday reporting experience.
• Exemplary communication skills and ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
