Job summary

Navan seeks a proactive Senior Workday Analyst to join our People Operations Team. You’ll architect and configure Workday HCM, with a primary focus on Absence Management and Global Time Tracking, and lead data migrations via EIBs to scale our global workforce.

You’ll optimize the broader Workday ecosystem, build advanced reports and dashboards, and develop training and documentation for global teams. Strong HRIS and Workday expertise, plus cross‑functional collaboration, are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HRIS experience, incl. Workday HCM configuration.
• Global Absence Management configuration experience.
• Experience with Workday EIBs for mass data loads.
• Knowledge of payroll integration touchpoints in multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and configure Workday HCM modules, focus on Absence Management and Global Time Tracking.
• Lead data migrations using Workday EIBs with large data uploads.
• Optimize Workday ecosystem: Talent, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Core HCM.
• Translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions with a global scope.
• Build and maintain Calculated Fields, reports, dashboards for leadership.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure seamless integrations.
• Create documentation and conduct global training for best practices.
