Job summary

Navan is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to join our People Operations Team in Dallas, TX. You will architect, configure, and optimize Workday HCM modules, with emphasis on Absence Management and Global Time Tracking, while leading data migrations through EIBs and enhancing the broader Workday ecosystem.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to roadmap scalable People Systems solutions, develop advanced analytics, and provide real-time insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS experience, with at least 3+ years of deep, hands-on Workday HCM configuration.
• Proven track record configuring Absence Management in a global environment with statutory rules.
• Advanced skills in building Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) for mass data loads and system integrations.
• High-level knowledge of payroll integration touchpoints and regional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect and configure Workday HCM modules, focusing on Absence Management and Global Time Tracking.
• Lead data migrations using Workday EIBs for high-volume uploads and complex transformations.
• Optimize the Workday ecosystem across Talent, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Core HCM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
• Build and maintain complex calculated fields, matrix reports, and dashboards for leadership insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues ensuring data integrity across integrations.
• Create best-in-class documentation and conduct global training sessions for the People Operations team.
