Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5 years of workforce analytics or HR data analysis.
• Expertise in Workday People Analytics and Workday reporting.
• Proven experience developing and interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and advanced Workday reports.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partners with leadership to develop a comprehensive Workday People Analytics strategy.
• Establishes and maintains data governance policies for quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and analytics improvements.
• Defines KPIs with HR leadership and monitors their effectiveness.
• Keeps abreast of industry trends to implement advanced Workday reporting tools.
• Creates and delivers insightful reports and visualizations to senior leadership.
