Job summary

FoundationCCC is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to design, configure, and optimize Workday HRIS across HCM, recruitment, onboarding, time tracking, and payroll. This role requires deep Workday expertise and collaboration with HRIS and IT teams to implement secure, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will lead testing, drive knowledge transfer, and manage complex integrations while aligning stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and Business Systems in a remote-first environment based in

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years administering, configuring, or designing Workday HCM or equivalent HRIS.
Experience with net-new Workday HCM implementation or major tenant re-engineering preferred.
Experience across multiple HR domains (HCM, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, reporting).

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and optimize Workday HRIS across HCM, recruitment, onboarding, time tracking, payroll, and reporting.
Lead testing, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer to HRIS support teams.
Manage security, data, and vendor integrations (Workday Studio, EIBs, core connectors).
Translate complex concepts for HR, Payroll, IT, and Business Systems stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
