Job summary

Dell Medical School in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Engineer to lead complex HCM and Payroll integrations and serve as a technical expert for Workday integration development. You will design, implement, maintain, and optimize scalable Workday integrations across tax, benefits, timekeeping, scheduling, and related enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Six+ years of experience implementing Workday integrations and supporting ERP systems.
Active Workday Finance, HCM/Payroll, and Workday Studio certifications.
Experience with Workday tools (Studio, EIB) and XML.

Responsibilities

Lead Workday integration development and design interface patterns.
Establish development standards and best practices for Workday integrations.
Mentor junior developers in integration capabilities and methodologies.
Design and implement sophisticated Workday integrations with third-party systems.
Develop and optimize interfaces for HCM, Payroll, tax, benefits, timekeeping, and scheduling.
Create complex message flows, choose integration patterns, and ensure robust testing.
