Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to lead day-to-day Workday operations, ensure data integrity, and resolve complex transactions across the organization. This role partners with HR Technology, Payroll, IT, and intake teams to support scalable processes, accurate reporting, and operational excellence.

You will own and execute Workday transactions, drive data audits, and identify root causes of data issues.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of hands-on Workday experience with HCM focus.
• Experience managing data integrity in a large-scale environment.
• Strong knowledge of Workday processes, EIBs, and mass data loads.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute complex Workday transactions, including hires and terminations.
• Serve as escalation point for data issues and high-risk requests.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of all Workday data and changes.
• Lead data audits of job profiles, cost centers, and supervisory orgs.
• Identify root causes of data issues and drive remediation.
• Triage and route requests in a high-volume environment.
• Support UAT, regression testing, and continuous improvement.
