Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Workday Senior QA Analyst to ensure quality across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent modules.

You will develop testing strategies, validate configurations, identify defects, and collaborate with HRIS and technical teams to ensure on-time, successful releases. The role also involves mentoring HRIS and functional staff in testing standards and supporting semiannual Workday releases, changes, and data validation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of quality assurance or software testing experience.
• 5+ years of Workday experience.
• Experience supporting multiple Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent).
• Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Workday configurations and enhancements.
• Perform functional, integration, regression and system testing; support UAT and end-to-end testing.
• Validate business requirements and ensure alignment with specs.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Test Workday inbound and outbound integrations with third-party apps.
