• Strong Workday configuration experience including Core HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Workday issues and drive resolutions.
• Experience in data corrections, EIBs, and system administration activities.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday functional areas for Core HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking, from design through deployment.
• Configure and optimize Workday workflows, rules, and security governance.
• Provide production support and partner with Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting teams.
• Collaborate with HR and IS to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
