Job summary

Godshall Recruiting seeks a Workday HRIS expert to lead configuration and integration efforts across Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and more in the Upstate SC area.

You will design, implement, and optimise Workday configurations, ensure data integrity, and generate reports and dashboards to support compliance and strategic decisions. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant Workday HRIS engineering experience.
• Advanced Workday system configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, reporting, and security.
• Strong technical capability in Workday integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, APIs, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead as the go to technical expert for Workday, designing and configuring solutions across Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Performance.
• Build, maintain, and optimise complex system configurations, integrations, and security frameworks for scalable, compliant operations.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions by partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors, advising leadership on system capabilities and risks.
