Job summary

Find Great People | FGP is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join its HR Technology team in the South Carolina area. This role offers exposure to Workday across Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management, with ongoing configuration, testing, and stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate will bring 2–4 years of Business Analysis/HRIS experience and a proactive approach to process improvements, documentation, and cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Business Analyst, HRIS, HR Technology, or Workday experience.
• Experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management.
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders.
• Exposure to Workday configuration, testing, or system administration activities.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize Workday HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management processes
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate into system solutions
• Assist with Workday configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support
• Participate in Workday releases, upgrades, and system enhancements
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
• Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and system procedures
• Partner with business users to ensure solutions meet operational needs
• Provide excellent customer service and stakeholder support
