Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control roles.
• Proven track record evaluating performance based on defined standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end quality audits across Talent Acquisition processes (calls, screenings, emails, workflows).
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns with accuracy and detail.
• Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.
• Share clear, structured feedback with stakeholders across the organization.
