Job summary
Medtronic in the United States is seeking a Principal Workday Analyst to lead the Advanced Compensation domain and support Talent Management and Performance in Workday. The role requires collaborating with HR business partners, IT, and external partners to design, configure, test, and implement compensation and performance workflows.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of Human Capital Management systems experience, including Workday Advanced Compensation configuration.
- Experience configuring Workday Advanced Compensation, Talent Management and performance templates.
- Ability to collaborate with HR partners, IT and vendors on system changes.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Workday Advanced Compensation plans (merit, bonus, stock) to meet business needs.
- Configure and support Talent Management and Performance modules.
- Ensure data integrity and policy compliance across Workday configurations.
- Lead system upgrades and feature rollouts for Workday compensation and talent processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Workday in compensation and talent domains.
