Medtronic is seeking an HR Analytics Consultant to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders. You will work with senior HR leaders, Finance partners, and the analytics team to support talent management, workforce planning, and inclusion initiatives.

The role requires expertise in HR analytics, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years analytics experience, or 5+ years with advanced degree.
• Ability to communicate complex topics and influence stakeholders across levels.
• Ability to build a business case, explore alternatives, analyze/visualize data, and present to decision makers.
• Strong HR processes, systems and data understanding.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to frame analytical questions and support workforce planning.
• Lead analytics consulting projects from intake to executive presentation.
• Manage custom research projects from business case to presentation to executives.
• Analyze governance workforce, operations and financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Translate analyses into clear visualizations and stories for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive adoption of new tools and dashboards across HR teams.
