Medtronic is seeking a lead Workday Security expert to define, maintain, and optimize the Workday security framework across the organization. The role partners with HR, IT, Audit, and Compliance to ensure access aligns with business needs and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of Human Capital Management systems to include Workday Security configuration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Security configuration in a complex business environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead subject matter expert for Workday Security strategy, design, configuration, roles and groups, and support.
• Own and maintain Workday security configuration, including domain and business process security policies, security roles and groups, segmented security, integration security, and related framework components.
• Lead scalable security models that support business needs while protecting confidential data.
• Evaluate requested security changes, assess risk, and determine design solutions in line with governance and duties.
