Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager to join Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services. You will lead engagements, support clients, and help grow the Enterprise Performance Management practice.

This role requires 5+ years in EPM/FP&A, 4+ years with Workday Adaptive Planning, strong leadership and technical skills, and a willingness to travel ~20% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, financial systems, or consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience in JavaScript and SQL with the ability to understand and support data integrations and configurations.
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate financial accounting experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of corporate financial planning and analysis experience preferred.
• Consulting experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple project workstreams, budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning model design, integrations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to understand processes, planning requirements, and KPIs.
• Manage Workday Adaptive Planning engagements, providing guidance on model design and security.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models and dashboards.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM systems.
• Mentor and coach team members and support business development.
